Muqi privacy notice
Muqi is a music quiz operated by Bluetag. This notice describes the current service, including its test releases. Contact: support@bluetag.co.kr.
Information used by Muqi
Muqi creates a guest account identifier and stores your nickname, selected country and language, quiz packs, answers, scores, game history, blocked-user choices, reports and answer-correction requests. Your selected country is a preference; Muqi does not request GPS location. The current guest sign-in does not require an email address or phone number.
If you enable notifications, we store a device push token and platform to deliver new-pack and answer-request updates. Notifications are optional. Server and hosting infrastructure may process connection information, including IP addresses, request times and errors, to operate and protect the service.
Purpose and visibility
We use this information to provide games, select country and language content, save progress, moderate packs and reports, prevent abuse and handle correction requests. Published packs and creator nicknames are visible to other players. A correction request is shared with the relevant pack creator and operators. Do not include sensitive personal information in nicknames, packs, reports or requests.
Service providers and YouTube
Google Firebase provides authentication and optional messaging; Google Cloud and Firebase Hosting run the API and website; Supabase hosts the Muqi database. Providers may process information outside your country. Videos are streamed by the official YouTube player, which may process device, network and playback information and show advertising under its own policies. Muqi does not download or re-host videos.

Storage and deletion
Account data is stored while the account exists. The profile screen provides data export and account deletion. Deletion removes the profile and records owned by the account, including its packs, game sessions and registered push tokens, and schedules deletion of the Firebase identity if it cannot complete immediately.
A minimal account-deletion record is retained to prevent old credentials from restoring access. Administrative audit records and references within another user's records may remain. The current version has no automatic expiry for these retained records. Infrastructure logs and backups follow the provider's configured retention; account deletion does not immediately erase historical backups. Contact us with a deletion or access question.
Your choices
You can change language, use the available country settings, disable notifications and delete your account. Read the deletion instructions before uninstalling: guest accounts do not currently support email or phone recovery. Browser storage and device preferences hold the sign-in session and settings.
