Delete your Muqi account
Use the device or browser where your Muqi guest account is still signed in.
- Open Muqi and select Profile.
- Optionally export your data first.
- Select Delete account data and confirm deletion.
This deletes the profile, packs, game sessions and push tokens owned by that account and requests removal of its Firebase identity. It cannot be undone. Minimal deletion records and administrative audit records remain as described in the privacy notice.
The web app can only delete its own signed-in account; a mobile guest account is separate. If you cannot access the original session, email support@bluetag.co.kr with the subject “Muqi account deletion request”, your nickname, selected country and approximate last use. If you already exported your profile, include its account ID. We may need additional non-secret information to verify ownership. A nickname alone may not uniquely identify your account. Never send passwords, sign-in tokens or private keys. Do not create a new guest account expecting it to recover or delete an old one.
